YSM Legal was initially founded as Ünal Law Firm by Att. Yalçın ÜNAL in 2000. Along with its practice and experience of more than two decades, it has expanded its team, practice areas, clientele, and rebranded itself as “YSM Legal” in 2022.

 

As YSM Legal, we provide an effective and efficient legal consultancy and advocacy services to both national and international clients with our expert, dynamic and highly skilled team. Thanks to the experience accumulated over many years, and to the wide, strong and reliable cooperative relationships built, we also provide multi-jurisdictional services to our clients through our national and international solution partners.

 

We offer legal services in various sectors including arms industry, energy, mining, shipping, transport, insurance, finance, banking, real estate and construction. In addition to legal consultancy and advocacy services, we provide optional mediation services with our expert mediator staff registered with the Ministry of Justice's Registry of Mediators.
