Hasan GENİŞ

Hasan GENİŞ graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 1999. In 2012, he successfully defended his thesis titled “Freedom and Limits of a Fixed-Term Employment Contract in Turkish Labor Law” and graduated from Kadir Has University Private Law Master's Program. Hasan GENİŞ was admitted to the Istanbul Bar Association No. 1 in 2002, and joined to Ünal Law Firm in the same year. He became a managing associate in 2017. Since 2013, he has been working as an expert mediator in various fields, registered with the Ministry of Justice's Registry of Mediators. He continues his legal practice at YSM Legal since 2022, with more than 20 years of professional experience.
